Welcome to the Dunamis Family!

Now that you have registered for a free trial program, it's time to get ready for your first class.

Follow this link to pick your first class day and time.  Be sure to arrive at least 5 minutes early.  Wear some workout clothes and come ready for a Great Class!

Ridgeland Students
Ages 6 & up, your New Student Experience class is on Mon. & Wed. at 4:00pm or 7:20pm.  
Ages 3-6 Tiny Tigers, your new student trial class is on Tues. & Thurs. at 4:00pm.  

Adult/Teen students, the Krav Maga Self-Defense class is Tuesday & Thursday nights at 7:00 PM. 

Hampton Students
Ages 6 & up, your New Student Experience class is on Monday and Wednesdays at 4:30 PM.   
Ages 3-6 Tiny Tigers, your New Student trial class is on Monday and Wednesdays at 4:00 PM.

Adult/Teen students, the Krav Maga Self-Defense class is Tuesday & Thursday nights at 7:00 PM. 

 What's Next? 

Get a head start by downloading the Dunamis Karate app to gain access to training videos to help you practice at home.  The app can also assist with registering for special events, managing your account, tracking your attendance, getting important updates and notifications and MORE.  Be sure to ALLOW push notifications so you get important reminders from the school.
