Our Story Unfolds
Empowering Lives Through Martial Arts
Dunamis Karate began in January 2001 as an outreach ministry of Low Country Reformation Ministries. What started as a small class in a local church has grown into TWO thriving, faith-based martial arts school in South Carolina. Founded by Lindy Woods, who began training in the Chuck Norris System in 1993, our school has remained dedicated to teaching students of all ages the values of focus, discipline, respect, and confidence. Over the years, we've expanded our offerings to include UFAF Krav Maga, Hyper Pro Training, and more, all
while staying true to our mission of building strong character and empowering individuals. As we continue to grow, we remain committed to providing a supportive environment where students can develop not only their martial arts skills but also their personal and spiritual
growth. Our journey is a testament to the transformative power of martial arts and the unwavering dedication of our instructors and community.
